MCR3U moves quickly from familiar algebra into more advanced functions, transformations, trigonometry, exponentials, and multi-step applications. Students who have gaps in factoring, graphing, fractions, or exponent rules can begin falling behind even when they understood Grade 10 math reasonably well.
